Reservations are now open for our next dinner!
The festivities will take place on Saturday, May 5 at 7pm. The meal will be five courses featuring the best spring ingredients, each paired with lovely adult beverages. Here’s a preview of what we’ll be serving:
- Radish, tangerine, brown butter, herbs
- Favas, asparagus, bone marrow
- Nettles, ricotta, maiitake, kombu
- Spring lamb, peas and pea shoots, mint, coriander
- Strawberry, graham cracker, dark chocolate, marshmallow
This dinner will be $85 per person (inclusive of pairings).
