Reservations now open for January 21

Reservations are now open for our first dinner of 2012!

The festivities will take place on Saturday, January 21 at 7pm. Our four-course menu will feature stunning winter produce, wild foraged edibles, and inspired wine/beer/cocktail pairings.

This dinner will be $75 per person, inclusive of pairings. As always, we’re happy to create nonalcoholic pairings for each course if you request them at the time of booking.

But here’s the twist. We give our loyal subscribers a two-day head start when we announce a dinner. All 12 seats for this event were booked within a few hours of that email, so this public announcement is really more of a formality.

(If you’re on our mailing list already, this is old news to you. If you’re not, just drop us a note saying you’d like to join.)

HOWEVER, if you missed the boat this time, all is not lost. We’ve never had a dinner without at least one cancellation. If you’d like to add your name to the waitlist, just email us with the name of each person in your party. Please let us know about any serious food allergies or dietary restrictions.

We’re looking forward to kicking off our new format with this dinner. Here’s to a fabulous new year filled with amazing food, incredible wine, and great friends–both old and new. Cheers!
